Claire has built her career across operational HR, People Systems and Organisational Development, her expertise is in translating complex people challenges into practical frameworks, plans and communications. Her experience enables her to connect change with business strategy, helping organisations navigate transformation with confidence. Using a pragmatic approach, Claire provides reassurance at every stage of the change process, helping clients tackle complex people challenges with clarity and confidence.

Jo Lovell

Jo has spent her career in operational HR, Talent and Leadership and Organisational Development, giving her extensive experience of leading and supporting people through transformational change. This experience shapes her approach to helping leaders develop a culture and style that is authentic to them while enabling their teams to navigate change with confidence. Using practical tools and proven processes, Jo helps leaders engage their people, bring out the best in their teams, and create a more positive and effective experience of work.

Katie has spent her career working in HR teams where she has successfully delivered global People programmes and initiatives. Her experience has shaped a collaborative and organised approach, enabling her to build strong relationships while ensuring projects are carefully planned and delivered effectively. With a keen eye for detail and a practical mindset, Katie works closely with clients and colleagues to keep projects on track, creating a positive experience and delivering successful outcomes.
